We are introducing Activity Log in Lead and Customer, get detailed record of all the activities 👼

Activity log is a detailed record of all the activities that were carried out in your agency during a particular period of time. In short, it provides details on the when, what, where and who of an action performed.

  • When - The time and date of the action.

  • What - The description of the action performed such as creating an invoice or updating a bill.

  • Where - The module pertaining to which the action was performed. It can be Invoices, Bank Feeds or Integrations.

  • Who - The user who performed the action.

Activity logs helps you to oversee the actions that are performed in Clientjoy 😎

How can you find it?

Go on Leads/Customers > Click on the record of the lead/customer ( from the listing) > Activity Log Tab

Capabilities -

  • You can view addition of lead, details being updated, getting converted between stages of sales pipeline or even getting closed as Customer

  • You can see the lead being created by filling form, integrated via zapier or imported with csv

  • You can view the files or notes being shared

  • You can see which customer's contact has been invited, files, notes, proposal, invoices etc shared with them

  • You can see which proposal/invoice is draft, met, accepted, rejected, etc.

  • You can view the record of payment against certain services rendered

  • You can see if the customer is active/ inactive

  • You can also view who has done the activity and at what particular time
