How can you find it?

You can find it by visiting Mailbox Module 😀 or Go to Lead/Customer Details to see Inbox tab.

Capabilities

• You can connect one email account (Microsoft, Google or any other mailbox service). All your emails will be synced inside Clientjoy. 🚀
• You can send, receive and reply to all the emails

• You can link each email thread to Lead or Customer. 😎
• You can link the emails as well as create new Lead or Customer

• You can see the unread count of emails

• You can compose the emails with standard composer.

• You can bifurcate emails based on Inbox, Sent and Archive

• You can now create, edit and update your email Signature from settings.

• You can define who can see the linked emails. Shared emails are visible to those who have access to the linked Lead / Customer. 😍
• You can filter the details based on your requirements

• You can search the details based on your requirements.
